LOGIN SCRIPT PROBLEM

I have about 25 win2k workstaions and about 200 NT 4.0 workstations. What I want to do is map the users home directory. I was using the following command
net use F: \\hera\data\users\%username%
This works on the win2k boxes but not the NT. Using a NT 4.0 workstaion, if I try to map a drive through the network neighborhood I can not go past the data directory. What am I doing wrong?
