Login script replication

I’ve got one PDC and 2 BDCs all running NT server 4.0 with the latest service packs. All are bigtime machines. The problem I am encountering is that one of the BDCs is not receiving the login scripts from the PDC export directory. It is set up exactly like the BDC that is, and the directory replicator service has been stopped and restarted. If I click on manage in the import replication screen in server mangager for the failing BDC it says no master (which says that the PDC isn’t replicating successfully) -Which it is. So if anyone has any suggestions that would be great.
