Login Script starts minimized Win2K

When we login from a Windows 2k Pro workstation our login script starts minimized. The login script resides on a Windows NT 4.0 server. The script runs in a normal window when ran from a 4.0 workstation. Has anyone else seen this problem or know what might cause it?
