Login scripts

I have NT4.0 sp6
I am trying to seup login scripts for drive mappings and printers for all users but when I write and save script and put it in user profile it doesn’t execute. Does it have to be saved in WINNT\SYSTEM32\REPL\IMPORT\SCRIPTS folder and shouldn’t I SEE it in the netlogin folder. If i type net use h:\servername /home the mapping works fine but I shouldn’t have to do this right? thanks
