Login scripts to run automated installs

I’m trying to use login scripts to automatically run security updates and patches on users workstations. However, the problem I run into is when users with non administrative priveleges logon, the application tries to install but they get an error due to non administrative priveleges. Is there some way I can have the program run automatically with admin priveleges only for that instance of program installation.
