Logitech Scanman32/win98

Since i have upgraded to windows 98 i cannot get my hand scanner to work.worked well with Win95.Have updated and dnld latest drivers and version Scanware 2.2 but I can”t seem to get it working.Comes up with illegal operation and computer shuts down.Don’t know if I have proper irq’s set and dma’s but I do not have any mfg doc for settings.Like I said was working just fine with Win95.Don’t know.
