Logon and Registry

I placed an exclamation mark(!) in front of my G drive in the registry as: Userinit=!G:\WINNIT\system32\userinit.exe intending to disable the line as that folder pops up during bootup. Now I cannot log on to Windows. I use Control+Alt+Delete to log on.

My system is partitioned, hence this question is being sent from my C drive which cannot see my G drive. How can I bypass Ctrl + Alt+Delete to gain access to the registry to remove the exclamation mark. I’m desperate. Help, urgent.
