Logon dialog box?

I have an xp pro machine, windows displays a log on screen at bootup. I want to take it off so windows loads with no login box.
I checked in the User Accounts and both the option to Use the Welcome Sreen and Fast User Switching are both disabled..?
Can anyone please help me out?
What am i missing?
