Logon message/warning

Folks,

ryanh was good enough to give me details on how to set up a logon message for users when logging onto our network.

my problem is that my management want the message configured to have bold and different font sizes.

also the message appears different on different machines, i.e. the text starts in the middle of a line on some machines – most likely due to different resolutions

does anyone know if there is a tool/utility to allow me to configure the text and to ensure it appearsthe same on all workstations
