Logon/off message to users

Folks,

I want to display a message to users when they logon/off – a sort of legal notice about using/misusing the network.

We have a mixed environment, NT/2000 servers with an NT PDC.

My management want to display a graphic similar to a picture from MS Word but i’m told this isn’t possible or if it is it would be impractical.

Any body any ideas?

Also, if i only display a text based message, any idean how i would actually do this?
