Logon problems

Hello when I try to log on my laptop I get a winlogon.exe whendow stating the procedure entry point AssocIsDangerous could not be located in the dynamic link library SHLWAPI.DLL. Then I get an User interface failure statin the logon user interface dll msgina.dll failed to load.
