Logon procedure

Windows TSE 4.0 sp6
Citrix Metaframe 1.8 sp1
We have a laptop, INspiron 800Mhz that takes around 10-15 minutes to logon to the network in the morning. We believe it is loading the profile, a roaming profile, and that this is why it takes so long to log on. We have other fat clients that do not take this long to log on and the thin clients also do not take this long, some probably with bigger profiles.
Any ideas?
