Logon Script for NT 4.0

I am in the process of phasing out my Novell server. One of the things that I need to do now is convert my somewhat lengthy Novell login script to an NT logon script. My Novell login script maps drives based on groups, runs programs (some only runon certain days), and copies files. Any suggestions or good resources to go to for some information on the best way to do this?
