logon scripts / screen resolution

I help run a network that used NT 4 server and it has nt workstation, windows 95 and 98 pc’s that log in as well. The problem is that certain users need to have their screen resolution at 1024 X 768 to run a program. But the other users need 800 x600 (which is the most common one. So i need to create a logon script or a policy? to automaticly change the resolution to 1024 x 768 when certain users log in!! I have a basic knowledge of NT. Any help would be much appreciated!!
