Logon to two different NT 4.0 domains

Our manager travels with his laptop frequently to jeddah-dubai, his laptop is configured to logon to Jeddah NT 4.0 domain. but every time he travels to dubai he has to change the network settings to logon to dubai domain, is there a way where i can configure the laptop for both domains and he just select the domain where he is in, and the respective settings apply.
