Losing connection to company intranet

Hi

One of our clients is having problems with his laptop intranet connection. Reguarly he cannot connect to the intranet and this requires a batch file to be ran in order to restore connection to the company’ intranet. Accessing websites is still available though?

This doesnt happen on anybody else machine. Power settings have been changed to see if this resolved the problem by turning off “allow windows to disable this device to save power” but this did not resolve the issue

any suggestions as to resolve the problem?
