Losing dirve shares after rebooting.

I’m running Terminal Server (SP6a) on a Dell Poweredge 4300. I have a problem. Whenever I reboot the server, all the drives that I’ve shared out lose thier shares apart from the ‘C’ drive. How can I stop this from happening?
