lotus notes mail rules deletion

I made a rule in lotus notes client that whichever mails I will receive it shd be directed to other persons mail id.It worked for some days and when I dont need it I have deleted that rule.But still that rule is working the other employee is still getting mails send to my id and I can not see any rule existing in my rules folder.What may be the problem
