Lotus Notes R5 time setting problems

I have Lotus Notes Release 5 installed on my computer. The operating system is Windows XP. My problem is that my Lotus Notes time setting is an hour earlier than my operating system time. I want to change the time on Lotus Notes to read the same as the operating system time.

I would appreciate helpful tips from anybody out there…
