Lotus Smart Suite to Excel 2k

Our company used MS Office (97, 2k and XP) accross the board (about 72 machines). The exception (isn’t ther always one) was the Comptroller and the CFO. After the Comptroller quit we hired a new lady to fill the position. She is a ‘Softie and that makes things easier on me?? Anyway the former comptroller saved many things not as Lotus 123 files but as Lotus Smartsuite 123 v9 folders. The new comptroller is using Office 2k SP1a. There is not a direct way to opent ht e folders in 2k and Smart Suite allows to be saved as Excel 97 spreadsheets. The new Comptroller has about 125 folders to convert. I have her converting one at a time as she uses them, however I was hoping someone might know a better faster way.
