Low Bandwith Backup Solutions

If anyone can point me in the direction of a product that consumes low controlable bandwith on a backup solution can get these points easily.
I am already looking into Brightstor mobile backup but i need more, please let me know what you guys have used or recommend. It must be a product that can limit the set bandwith or takes bandwith into consideration.
