Low resources in windows 98/95

I had just done fresh installation of windows 98 and office 97.
When opening word, excel and microsft outlook at the same time and also opening a software from my server, I get low resource error after 1 or 2 hours. My resource drop to sometimes 24%. Note that I am not the only person using this configuration , but I am the only one having this error. I believe it is a hardware problem…
Can someone give me a tip…
