Low Sys. Resources !

I have done some tweaking over the last couple of months, with the help of TechRep. With a lot of success, but now, I am running out of System Resources really fast !! Usually with only 2 or 3 programs open at one time. Especially if I have Adware 6 and SpyBot S&D open at the same time. Sys. Resources will go down to about 38%. You should know that I DON’t run them at the same time.
Here are the Specs: Win98SE, 64Mb RAM, IE6, VCache 4096 Max/Min, Virtual RAM 256 Min/No maximum…This wouldn’t happen before, this started about 1 week ago…
Any advice? ASAP
