low virtural memory

I’m running a windows 2000 server with exchange 2000 with a 20g hard drive and 256 megs of memory, I receive about once a week a message saying
“Virtual memory minimum too low”
“Your system is low on virtual memory. Windows is increasing the sizeof your virutal memory paging file.”

Is there a way to increase this size of this file, before windows gives me the warning?
