LSA Shell

hi, my question today is about this lsa shell.
the system brings up the error stating that a problem occured in nt authority/system32/lsass.exe status code 1073741819 and then counts down for one (1) minute and shuts down and restarts the system. it happens only when you dial up to the internet.the system is a gateway e machine with win xp home any help would be appreciated
