Mac G-3 on Windows NT Network

I administer a Windows NT network and we have a Mac G-3 station that we would like to use for some development and testing. How do I connect the Mac to the network as to enable resource sharing?, ie: File and Internet Connectivity. We use a Proxy Server here and DHCP. Thanks for the help.
