Machine won’t start up

:confused and worried:

Have a Box with MSI K7T Turbo FSB 266 w Audio
AMD T-Bird 1.2
32 ATI VC
128 RAM PC133
30GB HDD
WIN98se

OS Crashed and so I rebooted. But the Machine won;t start up. no Video, no Post beeps. Zippo.

When Machine isturned on. you hear the power supply fan, LED’s on MoBo indicate all is well, Monitor is OK. And KB lights do go on (Blink). But no Video.
Individually parts tested, indicate no problem. I can’t check the CPU as there is a sortage of the buggers.

I am really stumped. What would cause this and haw can i fix it and what can I do to prevent it
