Macro fails to excute

I have a strange problem, the problem seems to be with one of my access databases. I have a macro in that which will run just fine from any windows 2000 Machine in the company. However if you try to run the same macro from any NT and windows 95 machine in the company it will halt and say action failed. It will go through few quires and then stop with a message box pop up mentioning the MAcro name and telling that action failed. Has anybody any ideas how to resolve this issue.
