Mail box shortcuts missing

We have Exchange Server 5.5. After installing WIndows 98 and office 2000 professional in a user computer he is missing all his shorcuts in his microsoft outlook. Please tell me how to recover it. I have taken all database files and transactions files in exchange Server. I would like to recover only her mailbox and shortcuts. Is ther any possibility not restoring the all database just can i restore single user mailbox from this backup.
