Mailing List for Exchange 2000

is the any third-party software that can manage mailing lists in my Exchange 2000 server? I need to allow people to subscribe to this mailing list by sending an e-mail.

Then, my training staff should only send an e-mail to a single address and the server would send this e-mail to all the members of the mailing list, however, i don’t want the list members be able to talk to each other.

is this possible?
