Maintain Config & Reinstall Windows 2000

Motherboard failure. Need to reinstall Windows 2000 Pro. Does someone know of a method allowing me to maintain existing software configuration, accounts, etc. on existing install? Cannot boot into Windows to run sysprep with new motherboard, unable to locate same chipset motherboard to replace failed one.
