make a new win98 boot disk

anybody know a way to make a new win 98se boot disk…not a system copy … a bonofide boot disk like comes with the operating system originally. mine is smooth wore out. I dont want to buy win 98 again just for the boot disk. It is important because it will format and partition a new hard drive for you from drive A:
