Make a PC member of Domain again (Win2K)

When a user changes the PC from a domain to a workgroup, they cant back into the domain because they dont have the administrators rights and we are not allow to give it to them for security reasons. They have to send the PC back to us.
How can I enter the system back into the domain without asking the user to send the PC back to me?
