making a TCPIP Bootdisk for net login

Life just got harder. I’m going from Netware to NT. I need to make a bootdisk that logs into the network using only tcpip. I dont have a DHCP, so all IP settings are set manualy. What files will I need to include on my bootdisk, and how do I configure it?
