Making appointments in outlook

-2 NT 4.0 domains, R and S
-no trust, and no trust in future
-ONE Exchange Organisation
-Use of windows 95 and windows NT
-Use of outlook 98
-R wants to make an appointment in the calender of a S DomainUser.
-FREE/BUSY works but is not enough,you can make appointments with it.
How can we make this possible
