Management System for IT Professionals?

Does anyone know of a management system for a small IT comapny that manages several small business networks? I’m looking for a system that has a job queue and notifies our clients via email when the job is complete. Also, if it has a web portal that allows our client to log into our website and support a trouble ticket.
