Managing User Profiles

WIN2K User who were configured to log on locally, now must log on to the domain. This creates a second set of folders in Documents and Settings and user no longer has original documents, desktop, Outlook files (calendar, contacts), etc. Is there asimple way to make the local account folders the property of the domain account?
