Mandatory Screen Saver implementation

I would like to know an easy way to implement a mandatory screen saver default time across a Domain. Our WAN is NT 4.0 SP 6.0. Windows 2000 workstations. Therefore no Group Poicy. I know using MMC group policy of Local machine under the administrative templates, ciontrol panel, display tree how to change it but I want a script that will implement it across the whle Domain. Logging onto each machine is not an option as there are 200 Workstaions. Is there an option using Poledit to do this???
