Map network drive

I have an IBM Thinkpad T21, I have a problem when I want to map to a network drive, when I go to tools in Windows Explorer, the Map Network Drive option is not there. What can I do to get that option back in Windows Explorer. Help! Today’s is Friday, and I want to go home. Any idea, please email.
