MAPISP32.EXE has generated errors.

MAPISP32.exe has generated errors and will close Outlook. This is the error message when you open Outlook2000. Win2K, Outlook 2000 and Exchange Server set up to share a calendar. Can see the calendar, Outlook doesn’t close and sometimes can see the email. Have to go through task manager to close the program. This is a new workstation (the others win98). Internet is through a router as gateway and 56K modem.
