Mapping Drives

due to a program requirement We need to map a drive on windows 98 system directly to a folder in the program files direcrory on a Windows 2000 server so that when the drive letter is selected it only shows whats in that directory. What is happeningis that it show everything in the program files directory. How can I do this?
