mapping FTP share on Win98

Is there any way to set up an FTP location in Win98 similar to My Network Places in Win2k? I’m looking to set a path to a FTP site so a user can access the location from an application (which would eliminate the need for a user to manually transfer the file from the FTP site to a local drive using explorer or an FTP client).
