Mass Reassignment of Printers to Server

We are running Windows NT 4.0 Server with Service Pack 6a which only handles print services. We are decommissioning this server. All workstations on the network are currently mapped to \\PServer\PShare1
\\PServer\PShare2 etc.

After we add the new server and have the printers shared out on the new server, how do we move all the workstation printer mappings en masse to the new server? Is there a script that we can right? Does a utility exist to handle this? Thank you for your help.
