Max connections allowed

On a peer to peer network, I have a customer who gets network errors when more than one client attempts to access her Win98 computer. The error has something to do with maximum allowed connections. There are no problems when one client accesses hermachine, but when the 2nd attempts to access it, it fails.
I’ve read somewhere about this fix before, but cannot recall where. Any ideas?
