ME/2000 dual boot compatability

I’m hoping to run a dual boot configuration. I currently have ME installed on C: – ideally I would like to install Win2k SERVER on D: and more specifically on NTFS file format.

Will this configuration work,or becuase the OS loader gets installed on C: am I limited to a FAT32 format install of Win2K on D:
