ME vs. 2000

I have a 2k network with one ME machine attached. The ME machine can’t see any of the network shares or network printers. It can ping any of the resources. To make this stranger, the 2000 machines can see any of the shares on the ME machine. Cansomeone please let me know how to have the ME machine see “Network Neighborhood”?
