Measuring TCP throughput between network

I have two Windows networks connected via a T1 with a 1750 Cisco router at each end of the T. I am looking for a windows utility or a router utility to measure the TCP throughput rate of the WAN link. I’ve tried ttcpw, but the 1750 IOS dosen’t understand the command to launch the transmitter. A windows-to-windows utility would be best.
