ME:Cannot execute DpvSetup.exe

I stopped using my pc (running on ME) for 2 weeks and when i started using it again there is no sound so i uninstall the audio driver and have the pc automatically detects my audio card which it did and prompt me to re-install the driver but still its not working, i check the system info on the control panel and the audio device is there but in the sound and multi media settings it seems that there is no available device in the preferred device…can anyone help me please?
