Media Center – Rastered Video

Hello All:

I am just curious as to why I see rasterized/distorted video when I play a dvd or watch TV through media center. Below are my specs:

P4/3.06
3Gig RAM
Gigabyte 775/Integrated Intel 82945 video
ATI TV wonder 600

I am using a TV converter which gives me the option of using Component Video and RGB ran to a separate monitor at the same time. Connected to the onboard video.

I am seeing the distorted video on both the TV and monitor.

Please help! I appreciate it.
