Media Changed on Iomega Zip:

I have an internal Iomega Zip drives. After I reboot and try to read a Zip Disk 100mb. I get a ?media in drive may have changed error?
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Iomega Ware several times. Iomega tech support is no help. Does anybody else have this problem?
